I am using jetways since March 2020 and it has been of great use during lockdown and work from home. Internet connectivity is good and there r minimal interruptions which get fixed very soon. I got the connection too pretty fast. Only problem is twice the cable was cut (due to fault of another ISP and electricity department) and that time they took long to get it fixed. Had to chase up many times. Both times the disruption was not their fault but fixing required their intervention. Overall happy with the Internet.

The Biggest rip off in Goa. They engage in unethical marketing and providing false information to the customer. Claiming free installation and then recovering the installation charges by doubling up the monthly charges.
Most disgusting service. You pay these guys more than 7k for a month and still you have internet issues. Other networks are thousand times better. They have 0 interest in customer service. Technical issues are just never ending. What a scam... Replying to your comment: First of all it is Husan not Susan. Secondly, I have attached the image for your reference for your own packages. Lastly, we paid 7k in advance to just get the internet activated and another 7k for this plan marked in the photo. It's not the price that bothered me, it's the value for money issue. Yours is definitely not worth it.
I m very disappointed with jetway network ....they r taking advantage of this covid situation ....my providing 10 amto 6 pm complain time.... now it been 6 I m using this network ...I took 5mbps speed pack.... bt I m not get even 3mbps speed ....any time I try to complain they r saying it will get fixed ...by saying this they r fuelling with us ....I will never recommend jetway network to any of my friends for sure I wasted my money and with this network ..... hope it will fixed soon ..so I can write good things of this network .... thank yhu

I booked broadband connection on 21st oct. It has been 11days, no response from team. Every day i am calling sales person & customer, but response is very low. Also these people are not working professionally. No commitment when it will be done. Very bad exprience & pathetic service. I wanted to give zero star, but i cant. I am not recommending for this service provider at all. Jago grahak jago.... On 11th day they connected internet. But internet is getting disconnected frequently. Very bad exprience. I asked the engineer but he doesnt know anything. Poor... From yesterday internet is not working. Ticket has been logged TKT140. Waiting for engineer...otherwise 2days will be waisted Service has been improved & got stable connectivity
i am happy with the service and i work from home at times there are fiber cuts but they restore soon
