This rating of Karnataka Bank is purely on their inability to transact on Western Union transfers, even though they evidence clearly on the outside of their premises of the same. I was informed that their servers have been down for over a month and hence besides providing documentation of ID another additional form was to be filled and then a required waiting time of TWO HOURS before money could be given to me... RIDICULOUS in my opinion.. Pls avoid this bank if you are to deal with western union transactions.. Again my opinion.. May be they treat customers with accounts in their bank well. I wish them well.
