We had gone in to have a look at the nexon. We wanted a manual for a test drive but they didn't have one on hand (there was a top end auto there). We still had a look at the interior and the features but the person explaining the same seemed to rush everything and only explain superficial and unnecessary aspect such as the interior graphics and color but nothing substantial about the actual drive functions and practical features. Now we already had a look online so we knew more or less so we assumed that a sales person would explain way better but that did not happen. Also, they told us there would be a manual three days later and even took our number to inform of the same. The call never came. So if the showroom itself has no interest in selling vehicles then I don't think anyone should even consider tata to fulfill their vehicular purchase. Disappointing really..

The showroom is very conveniently located right on the main road. You can't miss it! Service is great, right from entering the gate. The attendant was cheerful and insisted that we park our vehicle inside the compound instead of on the kerb outside. He even made place for us to park. Sales people are smart and help you select to narrow down your search for a car depending on your budget and use of vehicle. Tata car models have evolved into gorgeous designs now, and are eye catching. Display is very practical and not crowded like other showrooms.

First meeting with them was really pleasant. Then they were supposed to get me an Altroz for test drive on 11th Feb 2021. Its been 7 days and no updates yet. Some companies treat their customers really well before the sales and then show their true colors later. I am glad Durga motors isn't one of them. They showed their true colors right away.

Had very bad expirence with the durga tata service station. When i got my car back after service the car was all scratched in the side. There was also a dent. Not only that the parts was all hanging in my car engine. Horrible expirence. There was blinking lights of engine. I actually have it recorded on my phone. I have evidence of it. I recommend everyone please take care of your car if you are giving your car in durga service station in porvorim.

The first phone call to the showroom itself was a major red flag. The lady on the phone was very abrupt and promised to call me back, which she never did. One week later I called again, the lady on the phone was unprofessional, impolite and outright rude. When asked why I never received a call back she cut the call with no explanation. I immediately called back and she answered only to say "a sales executive will call you" and cut the phone once again. I am appalled at the way they are treating potential customers. Needless to say, I will no longer be interested in their services.
