It was a military base so the concrete buildings are not so beautiful, however the view from the tower is great! It is worth to climb up.

The views are unparalleled and the geography of the surrounding area is magnificent. Just needs a tap for fresh water and some tidying up, but otherwise another great place in this region.

it takes about 1 hour of hiking from pilisszentkereszt on the scenic panorama hiking trail to reach this watching tower at the highest point of the pilis mountain but it is well worth the effort. the tower is located in a now defunct military installation.

Was part of an old military base and was in ruin before the renovation. Nice view to the Pilis mountain, but you need to walk from the main road to climb up here. A suggestion : come during winter, when either smog or fog covers the land, you will see beautiful sunshine and white clouds below.

Really beautiful view to the surrounding area. Easy to find and get there. That is a pity that the parking is not free
