SimKatSoft is an IT consultancy company currently with 3 employees, that is giving support in ERP system implementations. We all have experience with one of the biggest automotive tier 1 supplier, providing services for big customers like Ford, GM, Wolkswagen group (Audi). In the last 15 years we participated in new implementations, migrations, version changes – in different status: as employee or as consultant. In 2015 we decided to integrate this activity in a small company. From that time we have supported 2 complete implementations, one of them was an ERP system change, the other is a new implementation in a greenfield plant – both automotive. According to our experience this way of working in team is effective, because beyond the general knowledge, we are specialized in different areas, like EDI, finance and supply chain, JIT supply etc. We can cover several projects at the same time and distribute effectively the onsite work among us. As a company, we can provide more resource at the same time, if needed, for faster solution.
