I am writing this review to inform any persons looking for a kitchen for their home to be informed. I have been a designer for 16 years and have never dealt with a kitchen furniture store worse than Banyai Butor. Delay after delay, lack of communication, and failure to return calls or emails. The worst part if the experience I had was that my clients had to deal with this themselves. The delay was in excess of 4 weeks. It is unsatisfactory to say the least. Not only were there delays, the kitchen was and still is missing parts for example a dishwasher panel, drawer panel etc. My suggestion would be to go to a reliable kitchen cabinet source. Sajnos nagyon vontatottan megy a vevővel történő kommunikáció. Kérdéseink , kéréseink megválaszolása hetekig tart. Több milliós ajánlatokra úgy várják el a megrendelési igényünk kifejezését hogy egy képet nem kaphatunk a tervezett dizájnról. A szerződéskötés alapja egy Excel tabella kellene hogy legyen. Tipikus magyar “szolgáltatói” hozzáállás : Küzdj hogy nálunk költhesd el a pénzed. ️ B.R

Komolyan ez a cég tiszta vicc!! Tudtam volna, hogy a rugalmatlanság és a nemtörődömség, a vevő érdekeinek ennyire figyelembe se vétele ilyen mélyen szántja az alapvető emberség határait a bb-nál, tuti máshol rendelem meg a mosdópultomat Never ever!
