I went in because a bug hit my eye and I had an irritation in the eye. Below is all the medicine prescribed by the OPD doctor 1. Rapidene 500mg 2tabs thrice per day - a paracetamol. (Why? I had no pain, it's an irritation.) 2. Famocid 20mg 1tab twice a day - a drug that reduces stomach acids. (I don't have gastritis and I only spoke about my eye.) 3. Cetirizine 5mg 1tab twice a day - an antihistamine, the only drug which made sense for the irritation in the eye. What the hell do these doctors and hospitals take us for? Just pouring unnecessary medicine on us? For money??

Hi. I used to visited to you place for my fathers treatment and as usual Today also i visited to the hospital for my fathers treatment and he's suffering from many diseases due to his age. I'm really happy with the service that they offered my father. specifically I want recommend a girl who's worked at the pharmacy ( I got her name as Iresha) And the way she explained about the situation, medicine was make me so comfortable and fearless. There.can be good and bad service too. But with these type of staff will be able spread good massage with the society. Thank you so much.

Terrible experience with the customer representatives .zero customer care .no one at the que and i was with my 3year old child who have face accident they ask me to wait out side without asking why i was so hurry.Most of their receptionists bahavience is so disgusting .

Unbelievably pathetic service. Today 15th February 2021 at 10:15PM I took my daughter as she complained regarding a chest pain and the cashier went to the doctors room and came back and said to take her to a government hospital. The doctor on duty didn’t even bother to inspect her or at least speak. I don’t know what kind of doctors this hospital hire. Shame on you Medihelp. After that we took her to the Nugegoda Winlanka hospital and they took care of her very well. Very attentive and catering with great safety protocols for Covid.

Yesterday morning I visited- This is the worst privet hospital. I have ever seen in Sri Lanka. There are no expired doctors. Do not check the pressure. ), there are only doctors (OPD) in the room, no nurses. I gave them medicine first, and then immediately vomited. Then I realized something was wrong, and then I went to a doctor in a different hospital and they said she was under a lot of pressure. If you manage this kind of hospital, you must take responsibility and waste our money and time
