Our landlord moved to Pillarbox part way through our tenancy. Most of the time the staff are polite, although it is impossible to speak to them on Saturdays. Inspections are carried out just to check a box, no concerns that I highlighted during their visits to our damp and mouldy flat were ever followed up. Some problems were completed in a timely manner if emailed, however, we had a bucket and mop out for over a month due to a continual drip in one of the bedrooms. Upon leaving the flat, I requested an inspection be carried out to ensure I received my full deposit back. After this, and sending images of the state of the flat when we moved in, I was told \just ensure all your belongings are out that will be fine\. However, Joanne then insinuated that I had no common sense and that the flat was not clean enough and I may not receive my full deposit. Although most of the time Pillarbox are fine (if you have no issues with your accommodation), their service can be slow and rude when problems arise.

Possibly the most useless estate agents out there. They will claim they are doing things when they are doing nothing, they can't even carry out a basic inventory or inspection! There are much better agents just round the corner. Landlords and tenants stay away from this place and use another estate agents, don't give them any of your money. If i could give zero stars I would.
