This company does outstanding work for a fair price. Dan the project manager, was straight forward on bids for the work and helped assist with most cost effective solutions. Ryan did an amazing job on the repair of walls, ceiling, dry wall and painting. He was very consciencous and made sure I was happy with the quality of his work. Thank you both!!

Our house was just sold, the inspection completed and only ten days until closing. Then a pinhole leak in a copper pipe flooded the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. Dave's plumbing came fast and service master did a fine job for drying out. Now, who would come to the rescue? Pillar Construction was mentioned as a very caring company. We called Pillar immediately and explained our dilemma, \ We can come tomorrow to see if we can help\. They did and saved our day, in one week. We are so grateful for the meticulous work that you did. The home restoration group,, the carpeting company and the workers who all finished the reconstruction. I enjoyed working with Pillar and found them to be very responsive to our needs in restoring our garage after a fire. They had to gut the garage down to the rafters, seal treat the rafters and coordinate with myself for availability and subcontractors to restore electric, plumbing, heat, etc. The only significant delays came from local permitting misunderstandings (very common where I'm from) and untimely cold weather for sealing the rafters in an unheated, un-insulated garage. I am pleased with the workmanship and found them to fully meet my expectations.

Having your rental property get struck by lightening was very unlucky. Getting a referral for Pillar Construction who specializes in fire/water restoration was lucky. Leon and Joe were always accessible, and always updating me on the progress on my rental property (which I hadn’t been to since the fire/damage happened). They were always taking my phone calls or answering my texts getting my rental property back to pre-lightening strike condition. My tenants even commented on how seamless the work looked and how quick the repairs took. Leon, Joe and the team were great with giving and sticking to a timeline letting me know when the job was to be completed. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the work and urgency of this team. I will definitely keep Pillar Construction on my rolodex, but hope I don’t have to call on a restoration team again.
