Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient owners. Generally well stocked (if they haven't got what you need it's because they can't get it)! Prices are reasonable and it's just round the corner. A reliable and essential local business, just like in the good Old Order.

A well run and professional (yet friendly) local store. Everything you will need, reasonable prices, great staff and great customer care. They sell amazing fans too!!!
I’m not suggesting you all go out and make unnecessary trips but if you have something that really can’t wait, PIMMS DIY are taking the 2m rule really seriously. Only one customer and member of staff were in the shop at any one time. Lots of stock was outside too. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff on hand to assist, making it easy to get in and out quickly. For the most part, we were served at/ near the door with Patty doing at the leg work. I now understand why this little shop has survived with all the competition of the bigger chain stores.
