Great staff and service standards. I can't say enough nice things about this place. Excellent breakfast, even with the trouble to cobble together something that works for this celiac-vegetarian pain in the butt.
Terrible customer service from who appeares to be a manager. The person serving us (who is the only reason there is a second star in this rating), asked the manager, Candice, about how to enter a coupon because it wasn't coming up when scanned.. Her eyeroll was audible, she snapped her eyes and looked away without even responding. All within 2 ft from us. Definitely the rudest manager I've ever experienced. Would not come back here.
Everything you expect from the chain! Don't let the remote location put you off, excellent adherence to franchise standards. The new selection of better ingredients makes a huge difference! Clean place friendly staff, great location, dine in, take-out. Public washroom just off the highway.
