What a hidden gem!! Ordered the Satay Beef, Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls, and the Fried Mixed Vegetables. Firstly, the beef was so so tender. So were the fried chicken balls. The chicken was so soft and tender. I expected the usual dryness you get with these fried chicken balls, but this was perfection. Lastly, the vegetables were also very good. The amount you get also make it so worth it. I did not expect such excellent quality in a small town chinese restaurant at all. Price for portion was also great -- especially for a small town. Add in great quality, this place is a must-go if you're ever passing by town!!
The best Chinese food I've ever tasted. We drive miles to eat the food Jason and Jade cook. The owners are amazing, and the ambiance (fish tanks) are the best. My kids love all the fish and stingrays! I refuse to eat any Chinese food, unless it's from The Bright Pearl! I tell everyone wanting recommendations that they'll never find better! I've been eating the food from here for over 20 years, and will be for another 20 (and more)!!
