I purchased my vehicle from Mazda 220 over a month ago and I’m still amazed by the service that I has received from their whole team. Alex St-Pierre was the sales person that helped me pick out my dream car. His drive and excellent customer care made for a very easy and pleasant transaction. Alex went above and beyond to make sure that I was nothing but satisfied. Claude played a very important role in my post purchase experience, as he helped me get my windshield replaced. He made me understand that Mazda 220 really values their customers.

Excellent seller/client communication. There were a few issues, however Dennis did his best and successfully resolved each issue to my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend Mazda 2-20; the staff are honest and work hard for you ! And BTW, great car with lowest sticker price. My sincere thanks go out to Dennis (used car sales) and Maxim (Finance agent).

Offered a reasonable price for the state of a vehicle, was turned down. The car even had the engine light on, I was told they could disconnect it, but that they don't know what the issue is. Would you trust that? Because I would not trust this dealership (due to this let's hide what's happening instead of fix it) I give a 2 stars, maybe even deserves a 1 star, but the service was okay other than that. Although, the customer service was fine, and there was never any pressure which was appreciated.

I cant recommend Mazda 220 enough! We dealt with Loyd throughout our entire buying experience. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. He went out of his way to get us the best deal possible. We would highly recommend Mazda 220 and Loyd to anyone looking to buy!
