When I received a letter noting a requirement for a Code 59 Compliance audit, I panicked. This is not something that my organization had been subject to in the past and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I immediately received multiple letters from inspectors on the Dept of Labors approved vendor list and it was a bit overwhelming. One of the letters stood out and it was from Hudson Valley Safety Associates, LLC. The company’s approach was refreshing as the letter was professional and personalized. The approach was not frightening and explained the process, the cost and even noted what to look out for from others that may be approaching us for an audit. I reached out to Nancy to see if the price quoted truly covered the entire scope of the audit. Nancy replied right away that it indeed did and sent me list of references. She was knowledgeable, friendly and did not pressure me one bit. I took my time and did my research and could not be happier that we chose HVSA. I setup my appointment with Nancy over the phone and she let me know what to expect and how to prepare. I met with her shortly thereafter for the audit and she made the process painless. We had the audit done and we were sent a professional report with instructions on where to send it as promised. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nancy and HVSA.
