Queued for 41/2 hours. Really has to be a more efficient system. However, well done to the security for maintaining C OVID protocol and social distancing.

What an ordeal. Arrived at 8.45. Left at 14h00 without anything been done. Then the system was slow, then it was down, eventually everyone was send home. I do not know why this place is still open. They should close the doors permanently as no one ever talks about satisfied service. Previously when I have been there you got the feeling that the staff believe they are doing you a big favour by assisting you. Hopefully in the future we can do all online and close these offices permanently.

Good Service, I was there for a change of address. Have all your documents ready, copy of ID and your original ID, proof of residence and fill in the blue form RLV 5 section B and C. I was there around 5am and was out around 8:10. Unfortunately there's a procedure to be followed the queue's and sitting. if all your documents are in order you should be good. They started serving our queues around 08:00am. The ladies inside were friendly from the information side to the cashier side, i did not have any problem. The securities there are doing an amazing job for the sitting and double checking your documents before going in to the building.

Sunday morning and the dreaded day to renew car license. Have never been more impressed with a government department. Service was incredible, staff super friendly and whole process took 20 minutes. Huge respect... And on a public holiday

Now open on Saturdays and Sundays its quiet and very fast there. Ensure you take all ypur paperwork No photos required. Take your i.d and drivers licence. Eye tests on site or go to your optician. Very frienddly . Take a pen and fill in the green form available from reception. Cash only.

Very great full for the preference given to me as a pensioner and helping me trough to renew my drivers license. Staff is kind. It took one and a half hours but I am not complaining.....
