This Woolies is fairly small and is therefore a bit cramped ,with a very limited range or variety of clothes to select from. However the service from their staff is exceptional. They have a good section, also with just the basics. The mall their situated in however is generally not the best.

It's not a large store so you can't get everything that one of their flagship stores offers, e.g. there's no coffee bar. But if all you need is clothes and basic groceries of top quality then its fine. Plenty of places to buy coffee and snacks outside the centre anyway.

Costumer service is good. Wish the Pinetown store would have the same variety of goods as Kloof and Hillcrest. If you are looking for you basic stuff one can shop there.

Great place to find a size if you've been battling with that - especially smaller size 8 - 10. They didn't disappoint and I found what I had been looking for.

The store is unlike other stores ,their stock is limited and basic . They dont have extra brand like Trnery, Witchery and other. Maybe its Woolworths strategy not to have all the brands in all their stores.
