Really friendly staff. Every meal we have had from Ping On has been really tasty. The traditional Chinese dishes like Sweet and Sour Chicken are consistently good and the more exotic dishes like the Dragon Pheonix that I had last night was spectacular. Nice range of dishes from other countries too. Really like the rather oddly named \PingOn

Absolutely awful chinese, would score 0 stars but don't have the option. Ordered from here last night and received what can only be described as a small childs handful worth of food for each item we'd ordered. I rang to complain and ask for them to be replaced to be told we lived too far away and that the portion size is standard despite the high prices and ridiculous delivery charge for a 10 minute journey. I then asked for a refund as I was not happy to be paying for food that my dog wouldn't even be full from eating let alone an adult and got laughed at and told not to bother ordering from them again!

We had a meal tonight and when someone mentioned they had a hair in their food it was thought it was their own; until I found a long hair, in mine, a totally different meal, Shocking,,, I Spoke to Ping on and the response was awful, I would not recommend using these..:;;;;;
