-Very nice stay, Mr. Tarcizo is a very skilled manager, kindly upgraded me a suite with bathtub (that matter of fact I had no chance to use, facing my hurry) and your breakfast was yummy ; The bidet was not working (the tubes are disconnected), when checking out the process took a little longer than expected but - forgetting about those details - all the rest and mainly your staff is kind and gentle. The extra pillows I requested were promptly provided, so every time I have to attend meetings in Curitiba, certainly, I will stay again at your hotel. Thanks.
