After reading the reviews I called to book an appointment to get my acrylic nails taken off and my natural nails painted, the woman on the phone told me 15 and I booked my appointment. Went for my appointment and was then told it was 20 - I don't have a problem with that but don't lie to me and give me a false price it's unprofessional. The nail technician was friendly but she kept trying to suggest I get infills even after I told her I had to have them off for work purposes. She took off my acrylics very quickly that I was sceptical if she had done them properly, and then painted my nails. ( I should have checked them properly but she was rushing so much) After taking off my nail polish you can see from the picture that she didn't even take off the acrylic properly she just soaked and filed them down. Waste of 20 and my time as now I have to remove the acrylics myself! If you're going to provide a service do it properly - just because you don't enjoy taking them off as much as putting them on it doesn't mean you do a bad job. Dishonest and unprofessional.
