I've been using Pinnacle Products for years for my team's softball shirts and am always very impressed with the results. Jeff is very easy to work with, very responsive to emails, and is always open to design ideas and personalizations. I would recommend Pinnacle Products to anyone looking to outfit a team, event or just to customize an item. You won't be disappointed.
Our company has worked with Pinnacle Products for several years, the quality of their work and service is good. However we recently had a falling out and they have refused to release us copies of our cutomers logos, even though we have paid for therm. So if you use them for embroidery service I would highly recommend that you get a copy of your digitized logo(s) right from the start.
