"Professional approach" ? Not even close. A pinnacle - that means the top. They have a long way to go. Do not respond to texts. Unprofessional appearance. I gave telephone feedback that was met with disinterest. I wanted to rent a property. I can only imagine their property management is no better. Sadly , quite typical of the industry.

Probably the worst company I’ve had to deal with in regards to property management, rude, slow to respond and generally don’t care, handed over a property to me with carpets stained in urine, broken curtains that were also stained with urine, hardly had a bond clean as walls and balcony were filthy! Pinnacle property and Jon Faulder the property management are an absolute joke!
