Great providers and friendly nurses and office staff. They do a great job with my children! If your kids have additional needs, they quickly provide you with a referral with a specialist. Offices are modern and clean. Only downside is having to leave a message on the “triage nurse line” if your child is ill and wait for a call back. I have never gotten a live person when I called in for an acute care appointment or medical question. They do generally call you back quickly though.

Yes, they definitely would need to optimize their phone access service. I had gotten very frustrated today audibly when being put on hold repeatedly for several minutes to only find out I'm not to take my child there(after being pressured by school and having endured all the red tape hassle) that the insurance made changes behind my back, and thus have to go somewhere else. (I'm also new in town and state). I would like to apologize to the woman on the other end. She never lost her professionalism and is part of the system; instead of cause of the system. I also give credit to the staff member who called me back within a short time. So because of that I give three stars, whereas for their phone access system a one star is deserved. All that being said, please staff-management, everyone; humanize customer service so an already worried or concerned parent could effectively get through to one of you without an extra headache.

They never return calls or if they do, it's already too late because my kids already went to the hospital. Also has a problem with giving shots at checkups.

Most of the staff very polite ,informative and quick to get you in. But one nurse literally stood and talked in the waiting room for about a half hour about guys still i high school, about her daughter trying to sell christmas gift cards, farm show and how the animals are dirty etc and with a ghetto slang with profanity while there were other people and children in the room. Will be contacting corporate on this matter...
