Best customer service I've experienced in a long time. The lady that served me was so friendly and chatty, which is so appreciated in the current times we live in. The coffee shop itself is situated in the station itself meaning you need to go through the barrier, however the station staff let you through if asked. I really hope this delightful shop survives our current covid restrictions - I highly recommend

Great coffee and fastest service on earth (probably).
Not sure how they do it. But the staff are always positive and friendly. Also the coffee is great value, it's a good cup of coffee and cheaper than anywhere else in the neighborhood. The location on the platform is a good idea, Transport for London should do this at more stations .
Friendly and smiling face greet you in the morning when to start your busy day. Not to mention they serve good and cost effective coffee as well.
