My children and I have been seeing the optician (optometrist) at Hatch End Eyecare for over two years now. We have been very happy with his advise and thoroughness regarding vision care: eye exams, eye medication, contact lenses & glasses. An absolutely first class experience throughout. Everyone was friendly, professional and all questions clearly answered. All procedures undertaken were explained in a relaxed way. At present, with the Covid-19 requirements, I have to say that all parts of the premises felt absolutely safe with the correct procedures being followed. The way things are set out gives plenty of room and, in any event, appointments are clearly spaced well apart. Not once did I feel uncomfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to all, and after this, my first, visit I will certainly be staying with them for future requirements.

Excellent service from Paz and his team. Have been a patient for about 4 years when I first visited to discuss using contact lenses. I was nervous and squeamish at the thought of using them but desperately wanted to try. Paz was so patient and nothing was too much trouble. I live locally and he assured me it was ok to pop in if I was having any problems at all. My glasses needed adjusting the other day, a quick phone call and I was in and out, problem solved. A local service I have full confidence in and highly recommend.
