iCare Opticians Pinner have always taken really good care of me and my 3 children. They are thorough, efficient, patient and caring, and can always squeeze us in for an emergency appointment. Recently I had a major glasses fail (for the second time in 6 months) and they managed to get them fixed amazingly fast, and at a minimal cost. Really grateful. Highlights yet again the true value and importance of good local businesses, especially in these difficult times.
I have been going to ICare for years with my children and have always received expert advice. Sandeep and the whole team are extremely friendly and really show that they care. The experience with young kids all the way throughout their teens was always pleasurable; where they gave us all first class care with no fuss and great service. Recently, I took my husband to ICare for the first time, who was reticent to go along. Sandeep put him at ease and was so knowledgeable and reassuring, which meant my husband was delighted! Sandeep has always offered reasonably priced glasses and lenses. All in all, I can't recommend ICare highly enough.
