Manager Michelle is very professional and is always polite to her customers. Her shop is presented neatly. All merchandise is organised. Prices are reasonable. This is a great shop for beautiful old books. It is a pleasure to come to peruse books in its library. I have been shopping there for years, the staff were always helpful. Under this management, the shop has greatly improved. It used to look old and dated. Now it is a veritable boutique. Well done to Oxfam for getting it right in this shop.
