Went to this shop with the intention of buying window nets I saw in the shop window display for my newly renovated house in Eastcote. Only to find, the owner had no interest in me as a customer, she saw me queue up patiently waiting to be served but instead she carried on laughing and chatting to one of her delivery people which seemed to go on for quite some time. Being fed up waiting, I just walked out and bought my window nets from another retailer in the nearby area instead. I've been to this shop twice beforehand just to browse with my husband and a friend and to be honest, the experience was pretty much the same, no interest in selling to us. Won't be going there again!

Service average, but person who came to fit blinds was very arrogant. Didn't even take his rubbish with him!! Very rude!
