I visited this restaurant with family after recommendations from my friends and family but it was not what I expected from what I heard. They had 1 waiter serving 20 people on Tuesday lunch and I felt really bad for him as he couldn’t do all the work but yet he did his best. If anyone wants to eat here be patient as it’s hard for one person to serve many and I totally did not enjoy the food or drink only as we had to wait for while to get things. Food was great and drinks are good but I definitely would employ more staff if they want to make money and make customers happy. It’s a shame that one person get the blame for late meals and late drinks. Hope things change for the better.

Great ambience wonderful polite attentive staff food was fantastic never had Turkish before so tried the hot and cold mixed starters great delicious food thoroughly enjoyed it. Caters for everyone vegetarians and meat lovers alike

Lovely, well presented food. Enjoyed a meal with family. Was slightly chilly due to covid restrictions but was catered for by the waiting staff who put the heaters on for us.

Lovely food and decor but slightly more packed than we would have liked, lots of plaatic screening between tables and masks worn by staff etc. Meat v tender and more extensive range of traditional Turkish cuisine than most other Turkish restaurants. Intend to return.

We tried the Turquoise Kitchen the day after indoor dining opened in the Uk May 2021. The tables were all separated by screens so was very secure and felt very safe. We started with Tarma, Haloumi and chicken livers. The livers were cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. To follow we shared a mixed kebab and chicken wings. They came with rice and salad but we swapped rice on one for extra salad. Both were flavourful and succulent and will definitely order both again. We shared a warm baklava for desert but wished I had my own! I would definitely recommend a visit!
