Very impressed! Many thanks to Richard - what a wonderful chap. Bathroom design, supply of products and overall job completed with minimum fuss and looks splendid. Everything was exactly as we agreed and cost of the job was more than generous. Richard was always available to discuss the work and no matter the time of day, came back to me straight away to offer advice and answer my questions. Once the bathroom was completed, he even left some flowers and a bottle of champagne by the sink which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend anyone speaking to Richard - his attention to detail is excellent.

We wanted someone to guide us through the various stages in upgrading our bathroom and thankfully came across Visualise Designs. They designed a brand new space for us, sourced all of our products and tiles on our behalf (huge bonus!) and recommend 2-3 local installers who each independently quoted for the work, where we then chose one. BRILLIANT EXPERIENCE - I had an brilliant experience with Visualise Designs. I found them extremely professional, honest & trustworthy. After struggling for inspiration on two bathrooms they were open to my suggestions and provided really helpful experience to ensure I got the best possible service. The jobs were clean, smooth and really well done. Any snags along the way (which is to be expected) were swiftly dealt with. Their communication and honesty throughout really impressed me and I will definitely be recommending them in the future.
My Flat has an outdated bathroom and I wasn't one for bath tubs (being a one bed flat) and I wanted a walk in shower design where it was nice and open. I knew what I wanted in my head but Visualise Designs actually make it a reality by handling all the design work/parts required layouts. I wouldn't have had a clue if I went and bought the bits on my own. Now I have the perfect bathroom!!! I highly recommend this company.
We used Visualise to design and transform our dated en-suite. We are not getting any younger and wanted an easy, accessible walk-in shower and more suitable layout. The process from start to finish was seamless and we even used them to source all of the bathroom products from a low profile bath to the wonderful digital power shower.
OUTSTANDING SERVICE - From one recommendation to another, I was referred to the company from a good friend in 2019. I was working abroad at the time, but only had to meet with them on two occasions; once to discuss designs and sanitary ware and then the second time I met with Richard at a large showroom where he guided me through a whole host of ideas, keeping in mind my property is Georgian and it was very old fashioned indeed in the middle of London. I flew back to Portugal and without any delay I was sent a few designs and a quote for the goods. Throughout the entire process I was communicated with admirably (what with being abroad) and had to rely on the photos and video calls to observe the progress. I didn't actually see my new bathroom until the September, but I was delighted; I love my really modern bathroom and couldn't be happier - I remain a very very satisfied client.
I cannot speak highly enough about the service provided by Visualise Designs. My bathroom needed renovating and after days of scouring the internet for ideas and products, finally came across this company. Whilst the products were not necessarily the cheapest out there, I now have no regrets in purchasing them, given the quality and service I received leading up to and during the project. Despite specifying how I wanted my bathroom to look, they kindly offered an alternative perspective and I am so glad I went along with it. For anyone looking for someone to come in, design, supply and manage the entire project, I cannot speak highly enough of Visualise Designs.
