Absolutely fantastic service from vanessa , my spanish is not great, and she was super helpful and understanding , the eye exam was far better than a british optician and they use the latest equipment , i would highly recommend them , and on another plus note my glasses were cheaper than what I would of paid if I was in the uk.

Lovely friendly, welcoming staff and clean and open atmosphere. With a wide ranging selection of glasses and frames. My prescription glasses were ready in two days at very reasonable price. Great place for designer sunglasses too!

Je wordt er heel goed behandeld. Na een uitgebreide inspectie van de oogkwaliteit nemen ze uitgebreid de tijd voor informatie en advies. Ook bij de keuze van een montuur hebben ze alle tijd en wordt het 50ste montuur met dezelfde glimlach gehaald en geprobeerd als de eerste. Daarna is de bril binnen 3 dagen af te halen. Geweldig. Ook is inmiddels gebleken dat de nazorg geweldig is. Wij zijn zeer tevreden met deze behandeling. Geweldig Elza optica.
