During a global pandemic I said this particular law firm to help me with my keys the whole time during my consultation I was being cut off and my advisor at this firm was very insensitive to my situation due to me having limited funding. I hope people take this review and understand during a global pandemic the insensitivity that this law firm prove to show that they have no sensitivity to your situation if it doesn’t involve them.

I was in need of a consultation for a tenant rights situation. I Was charged 100 for 22 minutes. I was insulted at the tone, attitude and condescending manor to which i was spoken to. I was made to feel like i was up in court against her not as an ally in my situation. I was treated with Zero empathy and care. I paid for time to be heard and to get help. I now feel victimized even further out of money. Delicate situations where a person has gone through trauma need empathy and patience. I do not recommend this law firm.
