I am new to the area for car service and was desperate to get my car running again. I was referred here by a local business and the service and professionalism was above and beyond. From my first call in needing to find a tow, to picking up my car Emily and Melanie were so kind and helpful. They gave follow up calls and I knew what was happening each step of the way. I didn’t have any appointment, this was an emergency and they also did an maintenance while the car was there at my request. The work was done with wanting to help me get my car running as soon as they could. I couldn’t be happier! They treat you like family and you feel well taken care of. They also cleaned the car inside and out. So grateful to them. It was so great to be able to drive home and my vehicle is running stronger then ever!

Endrun Project

I needed a brake job and had a broken sunroof stuck wide open plus two power windows the would not go up. Pioneer took care of everything as agreed plus provided a ride home when I dropped my car off for the repairs. ...AND they washed my car. I look forward to working with them in the future for sure. As a first time customer, the owner took personal time after hours to provide detailed specifics as to price and the work that was to be done.

100. for an estimate, which does not go toward work completed on one’s vehicle. Nice people and easy to work with, but for an estimate (which was less thorough than I could count on) it wasn’t worth having used their services. *edit after the response* After the diagnosis Pioneer wasn’t certain what would solve the issue but figured one or two fixes would get them more information. They literally did not have a solution. Merely suggestions as to where to begin. This would be fine if I enjoyed using professionals to amend ancillary potentialities, but not if I want to get a vehicle running properly with the lowest cost. The next business my car visited was a dealer, which is very rare for any of my vehicles. The dealership identified what needed to be done. (A single part needed replacing.) It was estimated to take more than the afternoon so they provided me with a loaner. They were professional about it, and I gave them more business because they knew what they were doing. Pioneer may be great for some things/ people/ types of vehicles. It was not for me that one time. It wasn’t an immensely costly lesson, but for the diagnostic fee to provide less than a solid diagnosis they’re giving less than they advertise. Knowing something is wrong is one thing. Knowing what might cause the issue is great. Fixing it without having to put in more costly guess work is professional. Before taking the car to Pioneer a neighbor with a scan tool offered to help. From that encounter I escalated the issue to a higher level of experience. _After visiting Pioneer Automotive Services my car required a higher level of ability._

My wife took in my 2018 dodge challenger due to an engine light fault. The techs were thorough and had a solid understanding of the components that could potentially cause the problem to reoccur. Although nothing was done today, the tech at pioneer automotive did not charge for the diagnostic but reassured me that if the light comes on again (i had previously cleared the error in the system prior to bringing the vehicle in) that he will be able to further diagnose the cause and rectify the potential issue. 10/10 would recommend. Will not be going anywhere else. Thankyou Pioneer Automotive!!
