Our puppy looks forward to going there and getting pampered. He comes out happy and smelling good. Thank you Amber for what you do. We have also brought our long haired black cat to be groomed and she did a wonderful job on him. He looked like a black lion and very healthy afterward.

I am so upset with these ladies! I brought my 16 pound mixed terrier in to be groomed. Left her with very clear instructions on what I wanted done and how. One of which was to file her nails, not to use clippers. When I picked her up I was very disappointed with the cut. Then I noticed blood drippings on the floor! And on myself. The groomer acted so surprised when I pointed it out, like she had no idea at all that she had engered my dog! I asked her if she used nail clippers on her and she said no! That was very clearly a huge lie! My dog will not be back!

My Cember which is a standard poodle, hair grow out from a bad cut where she was matted prior to her getting trim at another groomer, so when I called Pippy's they EXPLAINED everything that will and needed to be done for Cember. the cut was even no blotches. very nice atmosphere and was very inviting. next appointment already made!!!

They told me they knew how to groom & give a Schnauzer cut. So very untrue. And they were done with my lil pup in less than an hour. Quickest I ever got my lil one back. Very quick! My lil Max never even had a smell of cleanliness. Then after when they finish, call me to pick him up and brought my lil one to my truck, I had to ask them to bring Max back in the parlor to the groomer so they could cut his whiskers, the whiskers were never cut. Still the same length the whiskers were when I brought him in for the appointment. And his eye brows still to long, and under his belly his hair was partly shaved. Never see a Schnauzer's hair cut like that. Will not be bringing Max back.
