Salesman, Kevin was amazingly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind while buying my Jeep. Whenever I am there for regular service, He still comes over to say hello and ask how things are going (almost two years later)! The service department is also very quick and easy. Staff is great! Highly recommend!! I love my Jeep Grand Cherokee too!!

Working with them and being over 500 miles away I was very worried to buy some thing sight unseen. But they assured me every step of the way that there would be no problems. And they were correct.
I purchased a truck online from Paul Sherry and paid an extra 2,000 to have it shipped to me in Idaho (over 2k miles away). The moment it came off the transport trailer and I started it up it had the check engine light on. The under carriage of the vehicle is completed rusted out and in horrible shape. The tires were bald and leaking at the seals. When Nick Ruiz sold me the car he claimed \it is all in working order. No issues.\ The truck only has 53k miles so unfortunately I trusted his word. It is in the shop again with multiple issues being addressed. I am currently looking into getting an attorney in Ohio and contacting the AG. They claim o fault\ and it never had the check engine light on, and rave about how honest their sales guy is. As a husband and dad of 5 kids it is a really tough life lesson. I was hoping they would call back and attempt to make things right. Their manager only made excuse after excuse and shifted the blame at me and the transport guy. I wish I would have saved my 17,000 that I gave them and paid a little more somewhere close for an operable vehicle. I am hoping something worthwhile will come of this. But in the end everyone will reap what they sow regardless. Don't buy a vehicle from this dealership if you can't check it out in person. Don't be like me.
Lucas was awesome! He got me together very fast! Faster than any other dealer I have been through! I would recommend giving Lucas a call!
Overall I have had a great experience with Paul Sherry and their team. My sales person was Lucas Purdin, who worked with me closely and did a great job. He even got me a 6 pack of his favorite local beer (which was delicious). My finance person was Lee Jury who worked with me throughout the process. The owner Jim is a gentleman who stood by his product until the end. I did have some hiccups in the process of getting Jeep. I came from Chicago to pick up this Jeep. When i got to the dealership some of the numbers were off from what Lucas and I had agreed to. There was an issue with my Jeep , but the guys took care of it. After a little bit of patience, and some maneuvering, the team got me my Jeep on better terms that was originally agreed. Great customer service, and they stood behind their word, which is golden in this day and age. I would recommend these guys.
