A very nice 4 star hotel located just outside the historical town wall. Leaning tower of Pisa is just 10 min by walk. Rooms are adequately spacious, neat and clean. A little dated though but still pretty good. The breakfast is nice and the hotel has a bar as well a restaurant. Restaurant doesn't serve lunch though. Rooms towards the front have balconies but are noisier at night due to traffic. Still an excellent choice for stay. Considering its a 4 star hotel the tariffs are really low. Rooms have tea coffee making facilities, locker and fridge.

The location of this hotel is not in the center of Pise, so you will have to walk about 10 minutes to join the center. The hotel has a big parking available, so you can go there easily if you come by car. The hotel is located close to a railroad, and the window glass is thin, so during the night you will occasionally be waken up by the trains, as well as by the cars on the road. There was no air conditioning in our room, which was really unhelpful as we went there in the middle of summer. There was only one small bottle of shampoo for two persons, which is a bit narrow-minded for a 4-stars hotel. The breakfast was below the standards of this type of hotel, lacking variety and salted dishes. Maybe it was because of the Covid measures, but the Bologna Savoy (also a 4-stars) was able to do much better with the same circumstances. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel. Stayed 12 nights. Combination work & vacation trip. Clean rooms. Good location for folks who don't mind walking 3/4 mile to Leaning Tower. A/C worked fine. Rooms kind of small, but OK. Very Friendly staff. Ask for espresso at free breakfast. Great seafood spagetti dish in restaurant. No other restaurants nearby; but many restaurants near the Tower. Free parking at hotel. Near bus stop. A little over 1 mile walk to Pisa Central Train Station or center of town. The walk through surrounding neighborhood was fine. Parking very difficult near Tower or shopping areas. So it is better to walk anyway.

When arrived the Hotel was overbooked and had no rooms. The hotel was still showing as open and having room availability on Expedia, booking.com and tripadvisor. Hotel staff did absolutely nothing to help. Their solution was to recommend names of cities in Tuscany such as Livorno and Pontedera as places to look for hotels. The manager was not available and they didn’t look for a hotel. We found a hotel with a room by ourselves 400m away without their help. Rude abrupt customer service would avoid.

We spent 2 night in this hotel but if I know how it really is I wouldn't chose it. Room with dirty moquette and face to the railway station (not the central one). The housekeeping didn't clean the room. They just cover the bed and change toils for the toilet without cleaning it. Breakfast.. To improve less of variety. Reception, one of the girl was helpful, I'll not continue..

Too close to the railway tracks, my room heating kept on acting up, the food was good but variety was lacking. But who really cares, I was there for the Italian culture.
