It's a small building with most basic services - a bar, tabaccheria and couple of vending machines. Nothing much to do there if you are waiting for train or bus but trains were running on time thankfully.

bad bad bad experience！！！on train 6604 from firenza to pistoia. a strong tall staff treat me and my boyfriend very rude（I never see a staff ruder than him.）！He keep say “cash or card pay money pay money ”very loudly and speedy. he also take my iphone and try to throw my phone and also raised his fist to try to beat us ！just because we take the wrong train and we want to clear why so much money to pay. he even said “this is italy. you cannot speak italian. your problem.” And then he keep say something（maybe some dirty words ）in italian always rudely. I think he and his company （italy train maybe don 't welcome vistors）. My friends and I will never come to italy once more because of his bad bad bad attitude.
