Selection of items was fine, but the service at the cash register was pretty terrible. First, although I was standing behind a customer who was checking out with an arm full of items I was buying, they allowed two new people to jump the queue even when I mentioned it. Also, unbeknownst to me, they removed all the tags from a very nice Fjällräven winter coat I purchased without telling or asking me, as if to prevent me from returning the coat in the future. Unfortunately, now I am unsure what the color and specific style it was that I purchased. Just really annoying. No reason for such poor customer service.
