The best practice I ever been with the staff are so friendly and caring and the doctor's are amazing I really do care and they go out of their way for their patience

I have lived in Pitlochry for 7 years and am just about to move away. This practice has been great. A special mention goes to Dr McCoy, an excellent GP with a great bedside manner. He not only remembers who I am but also many of the details of my life. If probably only takes a minute or two to skim my notes before I go in but this makes me feel like I am an individual rather than just another patient. I have also found the admin staff to be very helpful, compassionate and caring, unlike many medical admin folk who tend to be on the officious side. They are also, crucially, very efficient in the jobs they do. I see from the other reviews that that is not always the case but my experience of the admin/reception has been entirely positive.

It's a failing surgery, especially let down by the reception and lack of management.

My 96 year old Mum had a wish to be amongst her family when she passed and we could not have asked for a more compassionate surgery to enable this to happen. I cannot thank all the staff enough for their care and support to the family during this sad time. Their dedication and love is to be applauded. THANKYOU XXX.

Lovely doctors - dreadful administration. Everything is ‘computer says no’. They really need a revamp of their outdated systems. Having just moved from a different part of the country I have been horrified by how difficult they have made it to get an appointment when you really need one. Their repeat prescription service doesn’t work and their phone lines are useless.

Some excellent doctors and nursing staff but the management and reception staff are in desperate need of adequate training. Buck stops with the manager.
