Excellent treatment experience today - Carolynne was courteous as always and gave me a state of the art digitally designed inlay and a filling as well. All on time and efficiently organised in a bio-secure setting. Top marks!

I was paying a private plan for my treatment which gives me priority and better materials for treatments . I needed root canal and a Crown . They refused as it would take to many files to clean the root and they explained they didn’t have any one there good enough that could do the treatment . I offered to pay the extra for the files but they still refused. All they seemed to want to do is to take teeth out and replace with implants at a cost of approx 2000. I feel they are not caring for there patients and more focused on the money. As we were not allowed treatments due to the virus. I asked to stop paying g for my plan at 35 a month . I was told by the receptionist that I could cancel and go straight back to national health . I cancelled my plan and was horrified when the manager said I couldn’t go on to national heath , he said he was sorry but wrongly advised by his staff . That was the end of all Comunications by the dentist , absolutely disgusting customer care

Great Dentist! I was always a little apprehensive about dentists but iv felt really at ease here. Lovely staff and Caroline (my dentist) is amazing at her job and good banter.

We have been with Infinity Blue for about 10 years. Chris has always been passionate about dental health and excellence. Which matters to me. But also equally important there has always been such a wonderful happy family atmosphere. I am always happy to go there, because all the staff are like good friends. The dental work has been excellent. Caroline has managed to rescue my husbands teeth from serious gum and sockets problems, that our previous, also very good dentist had given up on.And she has rescued so many of my teeth in the most creative ways. It and the staff are all rely devoted to their work and to the PrCtice. I would highly recommend Infinity Blue to anyone, who cares for their teeth. Marion Storer
