I have been using RW Bell to carry out large scale works, particularly on two period properties for over a decade. Both were extremely challenging, one job was rewiring a Grade B listed country house hotel, complete with a chandelier hanging from a 30ft high ceiling. That said, last week they fixed a faulty oven element in a small domestic house of mine. Whatever I have asked them to do over the years, EICRs, installations, rewiring or repairs, I have always found them to be very helpful and amenable, particularly given that for the last 5 years I haven't lived locally to the properties. I have complete trust and confidence in them.
