I am a regular visitor to this shop - their products are sublime, with a great range, gorgeous aromas drifting from the door and something to suit everyone. I cannot praise the calm, patient, friendly and exceptionally helpful staff highly enough for the lengths they have gone to to make their business safe and comfortable for shoppers in these difficult and testing times. There is something unsettling about shopping just now, especially when many individuals don't comply with the vital current regulations - I applaud any shopkeeper who does their best to look out for the interests of all their customers.

Lovely shop and the lady serving was very friendly. A fantastic selection of products and fragrances at very reasonable prices.

Lovely products and store but the lady working there needs to calm down. When any customers walked into the store she sprinted across the store to tell people they MUST stay together when in the shop, leave 2m between ourselves and other customers etc. . . She was so aggressive and patronising in her manner we almost walked out the store immediately. She even left a customer while processing a sale to run over to a customer coming into the store to give them her lecture. I understand there are restrictions regarding Covid but we are all living it every day and don’t need to have it all explained to us when we come into the store in such a manner. We know to social distance. And to leave customers in the middle of a sale?!?! It made for a tense and uncomfortable environment so we left without making any purchases. She seemed far more interested in lecturing customers than actually serving them.

I am a huge fan! I have sensitive skin and struggle with keeping it moisturized. On a six week trip to Scotland I started using the body wash, hand soaps and lotions. I quickly noticed a huge improvement in both the feel and appearance and feel in love with these quality products! Best Ivey ever found for my skin!
