Very well organised using ppe , screens up, aprons, masks and shields on, cleaning down of sink area in between customers, only certain amount of customers in at 1 time, Sophie was really friendly and did a fantastic job with my hair colour and cut, finished it off lovely i was really pleased with it, just wish you had a Facebook act for each store so I can tag friends in it, as most people don't even know it exists as there us no advertising

Haircut not at all like picture shown to the hairdresser several times. Left feeling very upset. Such a shame as the lady who done my hair in here a few months ago was lovely and done a brilliant job but this time round the hairdresser has messed it up badly, that I'm going to have to grow it out to have the style I requested cut in by someone else

My normal hairdresser was on holiday so I thought I would go to supercuts. Staff was abrupt no, small talk, no customer service; hairdresser who cut my hair, I think was having a bad day. Would not go back!
