What a wonderful place this is. I’ve placed three orders. Each came in a timely manner considering the times we live. On this invoice they leave a little note of thanks or a small gesture. I was pleasantly surprised by this. I’m rather new to quilting and I thought I would try sampling a fat quarter bundle. I’ve decided to make a disappearing nine patch. Considering they are located practically on the other side of the country it was nice to receive my packages in good order. ️

What do you see? Hmm, I see two shades. One is grey and the other black. I ordered the black fabric based on the black image on the website. The GREY fabric is the fabric colour they gave me. Then they obnoxiously said it was my computer monitor that was the issue. How does it look on your screen? Are we all experiencing problems with our screen? Do they look exactly the same? No right? Well this company refuses to send me the black fabric that I already paid for. It is their error and at their own expense should take the loss of not being able to resell the grey fabric due to it being washed. They even took the image down from their website. Their compromise is, they are willing to take: 50% discount on a new piece of fabric! Next order? They still hadn't completed the transaction from the last order! Be wary of this company! This company practices false advertising and turns around and blames the customer while taking their money. Beware! I am taking my business elsewhere during these trying times. You should too! They did NOT send me the fabric that was pictured on their website, therefore they did NOT fulfill my order!
I have just discovered Dinkydoo Fabrics and placed a small order with them. Alicia, the very accommodating owner, credited me, via points, for a first time discount that I totally missed applying to my order. Once I set up a profile she also credited the regular points I would have gotten had I followed the proper protocols right up front! The great service I’ve received already from Dinkydoo has impressed me greatly.
