Geoff was really helpful and considerate. The pods were picked up and arrived on time. Price was very reasonable. Great customer service. Highly recommended!

I am after suing them. The flood was on Saturday, they informed me on Monday. They didn't allow any access till Wednesday, at the time they choose. I was not allowed to go look at my stuff either. The contract included delivery but they breached the contract and didn't deliver. The flood was due to their negligence as they hit the ceiling sprinkler while moving the boxes. They also moved the location of the storage from Surrey to Pitt Meadows without informing me so now my insurance company doesn't pay for the damage in the new location. All my stuff is ruined because their containers are crappy allowing all the water to go in, plus a black dirt of dirty containers. The business is run by a family, all horrible people. Jeff is a rude loser who wants to make money by scamming people through false advertisements and not honoring the contracts that he signs.

Flood damage to everything I own - and they did NOTHING! Monday morning I got a message asking for a call back immediately, which I did, yet they did not return my call until the following day to say there was a flood and all my belongings were damaged. I guess their vacation day was more important than informing me of the issue. When I found out what happened I asked what the options were and basically was told that the owner was not prepared to do anything, that he doesn't feel it is his responsibility/not his problem but mine, and I just need to come get my stuff out so he can wash his hands of the whole mess. This happened to a total of 30 containers and when asked to be accountable he is rude and swears at the customers. He kept saying it's my insurance's problem except because they moved my stuff to another location without telling me insurance wouldn't cover it! How about at least offer to put the stuff into a DRY container to move it as per the contract which states that you agree to deliver the stuff to the location of my choice? Or pay for the cost to have it moved to a safe place. I would expect an established business to at least apologize and say they are doing everything they can to move the boxes to a safe dry space until such a time that we can make arrangements to prevent further damage but instead I got told to get it out of there as soon as possible... Except, by the way, They need at least a day or two notice to make the unit available!!
