Top notch customer service, bought a pair of bluntsones(first pair) and after putting them on for the second time noticed a round discoloration could not be sure if it was there when purchased but no questions asked they replaced even after I wore them. Thank you to the owner and girls that helped me through this process, You have gained a repeat customer.

Great looking shoes and nice selection. However, I had the same experience the other two ladies wrote about regarding the lack of customer service. No greeting whatsoever and I was in the store for about 10 minutes. So so disappointed. I left feeling disheartened ... And I made a special trip just to go to this store.

The shop looked nice, and the selection was great. I got zero service though . Both workers were with other clients when I walked in, but I didn't even get a greeting. I knew what shoe I was in there to try to I had it in my hand and waited patiently. Site for ten minutes and got no acknowledgement. When one of the attendants was going to get more shoe for their client in the back I figured that she'd acknowledge me and offer to get the shoe I was holding. Nope. After that I put the shoe back and left. Super bummed and disappointed.
