What a wonderful first RV camping experience. All we had to do was show up! Everything was made so easy for us! Your instructions were clear and concise Russ; I felt very comfortable with the generator, propane, water levels...all of it! Your check in to see if we were doing ok was reassuring. The RV was immaculate, just all round excellent service from start to finish. It was very apparent that you value and appreciate your customers. I look forward to trying out the new RV (with slide outs!) You are adding to your fleet next year!!

I am so thankful to Russ and Ruth for the incredible service they provide. They are both friendly, accommodating, and always professional. We have rented RVs from them many times and our experience has been excellent. The RVs are always spotless and perfectly maintained. Our kids love camping and staying at an RV helps especially when you need a washroom in the middle of the night or to warm up by turning on the heater. Thank you, Russ and Ruth, for taking care of our family's comfort and making our camping experience flawless.
My first time renting a travel trailer and I was beyond happy with the service and knowledge that Russ and Ruth provided. The trailers are well maintained, super clean and have everything you need while camping! No hidden fees, no hassles, just good honest folks helping to make other people's camping trips easy and memorable. I felt like I was borrowing a trailer from a friend! Cheers!
We had a great experience renting from Russ and Ruth. Always available and quick to respond if we needed their help.They were very accommodating and patient with our requests and needs. We were so pleased with everything that was included in our trailer rental. Every detail was thought of(rv toilet paper, outdoor grill and marshmallow sticks)which made our trip that much more relaxing. The unit was spotless and in great condition when we picked it up for our trip. We look forward to renting from them again soon!
We rented a trailer from Russ and Ruth last year and from start to finish the experience was excellent. We've gone on to purchase our own travel trailer but for anyone wanting to rent a travel trailer this is best place to do so in BC, hands down.
