Not only do Eric and Lorie have a great running shop, their running programs are amazing. They have made it so all runners from advanced to beginners can feel comfortable joining one of their many running clinics. A real sense of community where everybody supports one another. They’ve really created something special.

I highly recommend Eric and the Sole Running Company. Less than two years ago I had open heart surgery to repair a bad valve. My recovery was slow and hard. Just walking 100 meters was difficult. I turn to Eric for help getting back to my running. Three 1/2 marathons later I feel great and I am now training for a full marathon. Thanks Eric.
