I had to unexpectedly make arrangements for my husband and remembered their commercial, it is all true - they are compassionate, caring and their fee structure is accurate and simple. I worked with April, she walked me through the entire process and assured me that it would be taken care of and it was - the men who transported my husband showed him and us the utmost respect and caring - she communicated through the whole process. I cannot recommend their services enough.

We knew that we wanted funeral care handled by a reputable place near the nursing home and cemetery where my mother-in-law wants to be laid to rest. Though several suited the location, after some phone interviews and Google searches for reviews, my husband and I chose Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care. We corresponded with Mark Bailey via phone and emails initially. He was quick to respond, clear in his explanations and flexible with us when we needed him to be. When we met with him earlier today, he patiently and concisely explained how we could pre-plan final arrangements. It was a burden lifted off our shoulders and we were confident in the way in which things were handled. Highly recommended!

Super professional, capable, experienced, and timely funeral service provider. Worked with Sandy on my mother's passing. Over a weekend, she knew everything that needed to be done, was responsive and compassionate, and we made the right decisions quickly. All their service offerings and prices are clear and logical on their website. So much better than \old fashioned traditional funeral homes\ that I used before - other places have undisclosed pricing, \extra fees\, and constantly trying to \upsell\.

It’s only been a few months ago since my dad past away suddenly, however I am very grateful that we chose to have his military service at this wonderful facility. It’s was during the shutdown of large group gatherings and we had obstacles to consider with the entire service. The fantastic experience my family and I had made the planning the best it could be under a very horrible emotional situation. The amazing women who helped us took care of every aspect and made the funeral a beautiful experience for everyone involved.
