Excellent and efficient job done by 2 very friendly men. I would recommend this service with confidence. From my phone call to complete emptying of my storage unit was less than 48 hours. Probably would have been even faster if I had not called on a Saturday afternoon.
The two gentlemen that were here today were very hard-working men, very kind, and respectful. I had enough junk to fill up their truck and they did it so clean and quick. Very nice, professional men. I will be calling Junk King again. Extremely affordable. Thank you so much!
I am moving and needed to dispose of (1) Queen Mattress and (1) Queen Box spring. Did a google search and found this company that would come and pick them up. I completed the quick questionnaire and a very nice woman called within 10 minutes. I explained what I needed removed, that the (2) items would be at the curb so no stairs, no dollies or equipment needed. She quickly quoted me 210 ... I just about vomited into the phone, I said I don’t think you understand? They will only need to get out of their truck, walk 5 feet and put the items in the truck? She repeated 210. I thanked her and said no thanks and she said what price were you thinking? I said that no matter what price I thought, they wouldn’t be able to match it.... I would NEVER use or recommend this company to anyone I know. Clearly trying to rip people off .... beware of their “Let’s make a deal” tactics prior to calling, it may payoff for you
