Appalling customer service staff. Argos send me a text my click and collect was ready. I get there only to find one item was infact ready for collection. I said, to the member of staff 'that's a bit silly sending me a text saying my order is ready when it is not' To which her reply was 'if you READ the message is says part one is ready. Which i then read the text to her and it does not mention anything of parts one or two. I received a belligerent reply 'did you check your email' i said 'well, no i had not checked my emails as you had just sent me a text saying it was ready. Rather than agreeing with me or empathising with the point i was trying to make about the click and collect process. Her response was, well i can just cancel your order if you want.

The car park was very busy but this may have been down to the time of year The store is a decent size, I only wanted some stationary items, when I asked where they would be the staff member was helpful and polite pointing me in the right direction, I decided to see if I could pick up some last minute gifts too although the store didnt stock what I was after the staff member i approached was helpful suggesting another store where I would be able to get the product
